Nutrition…eating the right foods is essential to good health…as close as possible to the original diet. (Genesis 1:29) No animal products. No spicy foods or condiments. No dairy…milk, cheese etc. No sodas nor coffee, nor caffinated teas. Definitely no alcohol. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains. No more than two meals a day, 5-6 hours apart. You can eat as much as you can of the right foods at the right time without any harm to your body.
Exercise…walking is the best exercise. Get about 2-3 miles at a time. Try a minimum of 4-5 times per week, preferably every day. Water…you need half your body weight in ounces per day. Distilled or purified water is best. Take 25-30 oz. of lukewarm water early in the morning. Drink the rest during the day, preferably before meals. Sunshine...You need to get out into the sun for about 15-20 minutes each day. The sun changes the cholesterol into vitamin D. Temperance… Use and do that which is good in moderation. Completely avoid that which is harmful. This relates to food, water, exercise, sunshine and everything else that you do or partake of. Air…You need to get as much fresh air as you can. By taking a walk at lunch time, you will get sunshine, fresh air and some exercise. Rest… make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep at nights, preferably beginning between 9pm and 12am.
